Yverdon Souvenir Postcard - PFF

I found this postcard, along with several others of the same area and time frame, in a bin at the Goodwill Outlet Store nearly 10 years ago. I couldn't believe someone would give away these treasures!!!

I wish I knew the story behind this card ... how it came to be at a thrift store in Oregon over a hundred years after it was printed ... a world away ...

When I researched "Yverdon - Place de l'Hotel de ville", I found the following picture ...


It was posted by Marc on his blog "Allo, t'es ou?". I love how the present day building contrasts with the 1900 version on the postcard!
